How To Apply

Now Accepting Applications for the 2010/2011 School Year

Step 1:  Submit [ APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION ] with $150 application and testing fee
(application fee to be put toward enrollment fee).

Step 2:  Submit Educational/Medical Records Form & Parent Handbook & Registration Contract Review Statement
 
Complete and turn in Educational/Medical Records Form which gives permission for BCA to obtain all educational, medical, psychological records, and transcripts for the applicant.
 
Step 3:  Applicant Testing
 
Applicants K5 through 10th grade will be tested for consideration of admission.  
 
Step 4: Principal/Teacher Recommendation Form
 
Must be completed by the most recent teacher or principal and received prior to final consideration of applicant for admission.
 
Step 5:  Pastor/Church Leader Recommendation Form
 
This form must be completed by your current pastor or church leader for the church which you attend and returned directly to BCA.
 
Step 6:   Medical Forms

    * Georgia Immunization Form 3231
    * DHR Eye, Ear, and Dental Form 3300
    * Birth Certificate (copy is acceptable)

Step 7:   Family Interview
 
All parents and students will meet with a member of administration prior to determination of final acceptance. In addition, students applying for middle school or high school will be interviewed individually.
 
Step 8:  Notification of Decision
Acceptance letters will be mailed out with registration forms up to a week after acceptance.
 
Step 9:  Registration
 
After notification of acceptance to BCA, the following items are necessary to secure enrollment:

    * Enrollment Form Package completed (mailed with acceptance letter)
    * Enrollment Fee paid ($300 for K3-K4, $500 for K-5th, 6th and up $750)
